This is the second project being developed by the Morris Companies along the Lister Avenue corridor. The first, which is now being occupied by Hello Fresh, created 300 jobs. These two projects, along with the Wakefern Foods Distribution Center, reflect the transformation of this corridor into a prime economic engine for the City of Newark, an area that has created jobs and increased tax revenue.
