505 Clinton Avenue
505 Clinton is part of the broader initiative to provide artist residence, work and play to the historic Clinton Avenue Corridor. The restoration of Clinton Trust bank building will bring 27 affordable units, a cafe and a performance and events space. With these new amenities and residential asset for the Clinton Hill neighborhood, an economically distressed area recovering from decades of disinvestment, the project will provide a centerpiece for greater redevelopment.
269 Springfield Avenue
The 4 story new construction will feature modern, upscale and luxurious amenities consisting of one, two and three bedroom apartments. With 36,000 sq ft of retail, 61 market rate, and 16 affordable units, this project is adding to the vibrancy of Springfield Avenue and its redevelopment.
Rita Gardens will create 54 residential units, 11 market rate and 43 affordable, with 4,000 square feet of commercial space. The development will be built at 650 Springfield Avenue on a currently vacant city owned property.
521 Springfield Avenue
Responding to the need of greater housing in transit accessible parts on Newark, this development will bring 122 apartment units to Newark’s Central Ward. The project will be in total 114,500 square feet, of which 13,800 square feet of commercial will have frontage along Springfield Avenue. The non commercial 1st floor will feature the Randy Foye Foundation facilities to support the mission of servicing Newark youth.
