Valentine’s Day Home Sale

In 2015, the City of Newark’s Department of Economic and Housing Development (EDH) organized a special “Love Lot Sale” at Newark City Hall in celebration of Valentine’s Day. Now in Phase II, We are pleased to announce that Newark CEDC is working with the CIty to build beautiful brand new two-family homes. The program is now part of a larger neighborhood revitalization strategy whereby the homes are clustered with existing development projects as well as other homes to be constructed.
