Newark CEDC is leading the redevelopment of a long vacant bank building at 505 Clinton Avenue into 27 units of affordable housing marketed to artists with a ground floor cafe and multipurpose space.  In early March, Newark CEDC will be releasing a Request for Proposals to find an operator to program, manage, and operate the cafe and multipurpose space.  We are looking for an operator that is able to help us turn the space into a hub for arts and cultural activity in the neighborhood and city as a whole.
